When are credits consumed?

Credits are only used when you download a dataset. Searching, filtering, and exploring results do not consume any credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, credits do not roll over. Any unused credits are cleared at the end of your billing cycle, and a fresh allocation is provided on renewal.

When do my credits reset?

For monthly plans, credits reset on your billing renewal date. For yearly plans, credits reset every month on the same date as your subscription start.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

When you change your plan, your credits are reset immediately to match the limits of the new plan.

What payment methods do you support?

We support credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods. PayPal is available when using Paddle checkout.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, invoices are automatically generated for every transaction and can be accessed anytime from the Billing section of your account.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, a 14-day moneyback guarantee is available. No reason is required within this period. Refund requests are not accepted after 14 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively issue refunds beyond the allowed window.

Can I update my payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment method at any time from your billing settings. Changes apply to future billing cycles.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, your credits may be reset to zero until the subscription is successfully renewed.

Will I be charged credits for downloading the same report again?

For Tech Lookup, once a report is unlocked, you can download it multiple times within the same month without additional credits. Keyword Scan downloads always consume a credit.

Can I get my credits back if something goes wrong?

Credits may be reinstated in cases of verified data inaccuracies or system issues. You need to raise a support ticket under “Account & Billing” for review.

Why are some technologies not detected on certain websites?

Some websites obfuscate their code or load scripts dynamically. Our scanner identifies most technologies, but hidden or server-side tools may not always be detectable.

How often is the technology database updated?

We refresh our detection rules and tech signatures regularly to ensure accurate coverage of emerging tools and frameworks.

Can I export website results?

Yes, results can be exported in CSV format, allowing deeper analysis.

Why do I see fewer results than expected?

Applying filters such as country, traffic range, or tech category can reduce result count. Remove specific filters to broaden your search.

How do you collect website technology data?

We use non-intrusive crawling techniques that analyze publicly available website information, script signatures, headers, and metadata.
