Zapier BY INVITE
Know what they run, automatically
A lead arrives with nothing but a website. Zapier hands the domain to StackScan, StackScan says who the company is and what their site is built on, and the answer goes straight back into whatever you already use.
Works with around 8,000 apps. No code, and no server of your own.
StackScan sits in the middle
Something happens in a tool you already use. StackScan answers a question about the domain. The answer lands somewhere useful.

Five steps to build with
Three searches for looking something up mid-Zap, and two actions for doing work.
| Step | Give it | Get back |
|---|---|---|
| Find Technologies by Domain | a domain | Every technology detected on that site, as a ready-to-use list |
| Find Company by Domain | a domain | Company name, industry, city, country and LinkedIn |
| Find Technology Usage | a technology | How many sites run it worldwide, and its top countries |
| Bulk Look Up Technologies | up to 100 domains | All of them in a single step, plus a plain-text summary |
| Start Technology List | a technology | Begins a full export of every website running it |
Two things worth knowing when you build. A Zap cannot end on a search, so a lookup always needs a step after it. And a search that finds nothing stops that run, which is Zapier's behaviour rather than an error on our side.
What it costs
Searches and the bulk action spend bulk lookup credits, one per domain that resolves. Domains we hold no data for are not charged, so a list full of misses costs you nothing.
Starting a technology list spends one standard credit, flat, however large the list turns out to be. Ask for the same technology again in the same billing period and it is free.
Zapier counts each step as a task on your own Zapier plan. That part is billed by Zapier, not by us.
How to get access
The integration is finished and working, but it is not yet listed in Zapier's public app directory, so searching for StackScan inside the Zap editor will not find it.
Ask us for an invite and we will send a link that adds StackScan to your Zapier account. Everything on this page works from the moment you accept. You will need an API token from your dashboard, which takes a few seconds to create.
