How do StackScan credits work?
Every paid purchase comes with monthly credits. One credit buys one technology lookup. After that, you can rebuild that report as many times as you like for the rest of the billing month at no extra cost. When the month rolls over your credits reset, and looking up the same technology again costs one.
How are Keyword Scan credits consumed?
Keyword Scan credits are not used when you search. A credit is only consumed when you download a keyword report, and downloaded keyword reports cannot be rebuilt for free later.
What if a technology is detected incorrectly?
If StackScan incorrectly detects a technology, we will reinstate the credit used for that lookup after review.
Can I request support for a technology that is not detected yet?
Yes. If a technology is currently undetected, you can request it and our team will review it for future detection support.
Do you offer refunds on paid plans?
Yes. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including lifetime accounts.
How do I request a refund?
Submit your refund request through our contact page. We respond to refund requests within 24 hours, and funds are returned to the original payment source according to Stripe or Creem refund policies.
Is the lifetime deal always available?

What is Custom Scan?
Custom Scan finds websites by the files they load: a script or stylesheet name, a folder path, or the host an asset comes from. Use it for anything we do not have a name for yet, like your own SDK, a competitor's widget, or a script you only know by its filename.
What does a Custom Scan cost?
Searching is free, as often as you like. Downloading costs one credit, whether the search matched two hundred sites or two million. Run the same search again that month, with different filters or not, and we do not charge you again.
Why does a file search find fewer sites than the technology itself?
A file search gives you a minimum, not a total. A site can run something without loading the exact file you searched for, depending on how it was set up. Search for one WordPress file and you will get a slice of all WordPress sites, not all of them. So read the number as "at least this many", and try a broader file if you want more.
